For NON approved or unexpected late checkout: 75$ fee per additional hour, additional fees may apply if late checkout delays future reservations

SMOKING FEE: Any evidence or signs of smoking INSIDE of the house will incur an automatic 500$ fee

PARTY FEE: Any parties, events or disturbances caused by the guest, not approved by the host, will incur a 750$ non refundable fee.
